How cookies and local storage are used
RemoveText.video uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, sessions, security, payment flow continuity and core service operation. The browser may also use IndexedDB, sessionStorage and localStorage for local upload drafts, selected regions, temporary workbench state, processing handoff and rights acknowledgement preferences.
Analytics and replay load by default
Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Plausible load by default. The individual operator uses these tools to understand product usage, reliability, navigation, conversion flow and performance.
RemoveText.video does not show a first-visit cookie banner or block these tools before loading; this page and the footer Cookie settings panel disclose that approach. If you choose Necessary only in Cookie settings, Ahrefs Analytics is not loaded on later page loads.
Clarity masking and data minimization
Sensitive product areas are marked for Clarity masking, including upload and workbench surfaces, video preview, results, dashboard history, account identity, billing or checkout status and batch file lists.
Analytics events are designed to use coarse buckets and should not include filenames, email addresses, private URLs, payment IDs or raw OCR text.
Your controls
You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings, clear site data, use browser privacy controls or install provider opt-out tools where available. Blocking cookies or local storage may affect sign-in, uploads, local drafts, checkout and processing status.
